GrIFK Climbs to Second Place in Rankings Ahead of Final Tournament

Round 1 kicks off on Saturday, September 20, with four exciting clashes, followed by five more battles on Sunday, September 21. Top teams from across the Baltics return to the court to fight for early momentum in what promises to be another thrilling season.

This season also brings fresh excitement with the arrival of two new teams. From Finland, HC Cocks make their long-awaited return to the Baltic Handball League after a couple of seasons away, ready to challenge the region’s best once again. Meanwhile, Lithuania’s Pasvalio Pieno Žvaigždės join the competition for the very first time, bringing new energy and ambition to the league.

Starting with the 2025/26 season, referees will now have access to a video replay system  to review the trickiest situations on court.
